Malagasy Diaspora Economic Forum, 30 October 2022, Antananarivo
The Malagasy Diaspora is invited to attend the Economic Diaspora Forum which will take place on 30 October 2022 in Antananarivo, on the fringe of the presentation of the Plan for the Emergence of Madagascar, from 28 to 30 October 2022, organised by the Office of the President of the Republic.

Malagasy Diaspora Census

The Embassy of Madagascar in London would like to inform the members of the Malagasy Diaspora that, following the adoption of the National Policy Letter for the Engagement of the Diaspora (NPLED), the Malagasy government is committed to render effective the exercise of the right to vote for the Malagasy diaspora.
In this perspective, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is conducting a census of the members of the Malagasy Diaspora worldwide. This census aims at collecting the required statistical data and information, which will be considered in due course, to delimit the electoral circumscriptions for the organisation of future elections.
To carry out this project, members of the Malagasy diaspora are kindly invited to complete, by the 31st March 2022, the online form available on the following link: https://www.diplomatie.gov.mg/db-diaspora/index.php

Call for international aid

Due to the devastation caused by the tropical storm ANA and the intense tropical cyclone BATSIRAI, Madagascar has launched a call for international aid in conjunction with the national efforts to assist the victims and to rebuild the infrastructures ruined by these catastrophes.
​
Contributions and support of any kind for this purpose can be addressed to the National Office for Risk and Disaster Management of Madagascar.
